Former private course has been struggling for several years. Most green were in good condition with pin placements favoring best conditions. Infra-structure (paths, ball washers, yardage markers, etc... falling apart. Some fairways were rather overgrown. The layout/difficulty is why I would play this again, hopefully in better conditions, but... we were there at noon on a holiday and had no one in front of behind us, which was great, but doesn't indicate they're going to upgrading any time soon. Still worth a play, if you like a challenge. Keep it below the hole!!!
